Logistics Management

The part of supply chain management that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption.

Loiter

To stand or wait around somewhere with no apparent purpose.

Long-fuse

Tending to be slow to become angry, agitated, or reactive under provocation.

Long-standing

Having existed or continued for a long time.

Lorentz force

The force exerted on a charged particle moving through an electromagnetic field.

Loss-maker

A product, business, or investment that continually loses money rather than making a profit.

Maas

The mutual tending of two bodies to separate from each other due to the interaction of their magnetic fields, specifically when like poles are brought close together.

Malapropist

A person who habitually or humorously misuses words, especially by substituting words that sound similar but have different, often ludicrous, meanings.

Malevolence

The state or condition of being malevolent; a wish to do evil to others.

Malleability

The quality of something that can be shaped into something else without breaking, or the quality of being easily influenced.
